B2CNO API
The B2CNO API handles Norwegian consumer invoicing (B2C). Use it to activate consumer invoicing and AvtaleGiro, and to manage the consumer registrations needed for eFaktura delivery (to netbanks and Vipps) and AvtaleGiro direct debit. It also covers AutoGiro (ATG) mandate management.

Consumer invoicing activation responses change on 15th of November 2026. GET /v1/services/b2cno stops returning RESERVED and reports the status in Maventa, and activating an already-active sender is rejected with a different error. See Changes to consumer invoicing activation in Norway.
